GAIA Builders and Pools did an amazing job on our small backyard project. Dan and his crew helped us replace the existing irrigation system, remove unwanted plants, and put in new bushes. They also helped us install paver steppingstones in the elevated part of our backyard. They were super responsive through out the entire process. Our project was completed on time and within budget. I worked closely with Ofek, the project manager, who was attentive and responsive throughout the process. While there were a few communication hiccups between the subcontractors Ofek always made sure to address any issues with me right away and keep things moving forward.

I also appreciated that when some of the work wasn't up to standard, Omer stepped in and made sure everything was corrected properly. It meant a lot that the team took responsibility for any mistakes and followed through to make sure the end result looked great.

This company is a MUST USE! Every aspect of the job was professional and high quality from beginning to end. We met with the owner, Omer who took time to understand what we were looking for and offer options. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and that day sent his quote. His team started on the job a day later, working all day, cleaning up throughout and exhibiting consistent professionalism. He was on top of construction, regularly checking progress, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome: a multi tiered retaining wall with drainage about 20 feet long and wraps around the side another 10 feet. Omer delivered exactly what he promised in short order. The quality of work and quick turnaround provided tremendous value.
