After 2 years with working with other contractors, Dan found the source of the leaks in my ADU and was able to resolve the issue. He and his team had to perform the work on my neighbor’s property and she was happy with how respectful they were of her yard. They completed the work sooner than the estimate. Overall great job! Also kudos to Francisco and h his team.

Everything from meeting with Dave Eaton to discuss the job and having Thomas and his crew completing it in four days was professional and easy. I was so impressed with how prompt, diligent and meticulous the work was completed by the crew. The finished product is beautiful and amazing! I would highly recommend this company. You would be hiring skilled, competent and talented workers. As a bonus, they are also extremely nice.

Ground up recently repaired and replaced a balcony on the back of our home and it was so refreshing to work with a contractor who was on time (or early), very communicative, straightforward, and followed through on everything we discussed. The quote provided was the fastest of all that we received and it was highly detailed with no ambiguity. Despite many additional issues uncovered as work progressed, Dan worked with us on options and we managed to stay true to the original quote, with the only modifications being due to our requests. I highly recommend Ground Up for waterproofing and deck work and would suggest anyone include them in while getting bids for work.
