As a homeowner, you never really know when you’ll need a company to handle water damage repairs-but I’m so grateful we found Integrity Restoration through USAA. From start to finish, we were completely satisfied.

Micah, Michael and Heather were incredibly friendly and made the whole process easy with their support and scheduling. What started as damage in our washroom ceiling, hallway, family room and kitchen flooring needed to be replaced due to water damage, we decided to add the dining room, living room and office at our cost.
Integrity Restoration sent a crew to open the walls, took all measurements and ordered the flooring, cabinets and wall materials.

I took my friend to this shop and they proceeded to do their best to not keep their word with him.they led him to believe that he was getting a particular type of flooring and it turned out to be a far less grade a flooring then was promised. I don't know firsthand what it is like to deal with this company but I do know that by observation I would not recommend this company.

Creg Rader was my project manager. He went above beyond the normal scope to help me complete the restoration of my bathroom after a water leak in the ceiling. Due to the supply chain problems it took several months to get the parts to complete my shower, but I have to say, Creg was on top of it the whole time. He was very responsive, always available to answer my questions. You couldn't ask for better service.

James is amazing!
We’re in escrow. The inspector found a water leak. So we’re negotiating next steps with the seller. I don’t know the first thing about the dangers of mold/sewer but I called James and he spent 20 minutes on the phone sharing his opinion how we should move forward. He educated us, gave us options to think about and shared how he would recommend we move forward... He was clear, direct, and to the point. Someone you want on your side if you have any type of restoration project!

Integrity Restoration assigned us Patrick, who was not only a consummate professional, but he personally stopped by several times to ensure jobs were up to our standard, and took his own time to literally do most of the legwork for us. With as busy as our schedules are, working with Patrick was a huge relief. The quality of the completed product was better than the original upgrade done on the home.

After a break-in caused severe damage to my home I was nervous that the fix & remodel process would be a nightmare, but Integrity Restoration turned a negative to a positive.

I initially spoke with Chris and decided to go with them based on our conversation, but every single person that I interacted with from Integrity was awesome: Creg, Miriam, & Sheri especially for dealing with my frequent questions.

Apart from being friendly the work was top notch. 5 stars...would recommend.

Integrity remodelled our kitchen after a sewage leak. Micah and Marcello were especially helpful with bringing high quality planning and work to our home. I especially appreciated their willingness to work with me to custom adjust the job to what I could do myself and what parts I couldn't. Like every business there were a few things we didnt agree on at first but unlike other businesses they were respectful and responsive to my communications until I was very happy with both the work completed and the price. Also, Integrity only employs people who really know what they are doing. They do it right and if there is a mistake or a misunderstanding they will redo it until its perfect. We love our new kitchen!

Integrity Restoration was great from start to finish! Their team was professional and polite throughout the whole process. Our house suffered water damage due to a leaking pipe behind our kitchen wall. The entire kitchen had to be removed and replaced. From kitchen cabinets, new counter tops and tile floors Integrity handled it all in a timely manner. The quality of their work is top notch and the team went the extra mile to make sure every last detail was taken care of. Truly a pleasure to do business with.

Integrity Restoration recently completed a rather extensive renovation at my home in Carlsbad due to a refrigerator leak that ruined drywall, carpet, kitchen counters/cabinets, etc. It was a mess and I was pretty frustrated. Integrity did everything to make the process easier for me. I have worked with contractors in my line of work for 35 years and can honestly say I was extremely pleased with Integrity and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a contractor. . . . they were amazing from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with had one priority: make sure the job was done right and I was a happy customer!! From Cinde (estimator), to Patrick (project manager), to Robert (design showroom manager), to the controller, and up to Chris (owner) . . . they were great to work with and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. The subcontractors they used for painting, tile and carpet replacements were top notch and did excellent work.
They all earned 5+ stars in my book!
