Aztec Property Inspections

Yelp 4.9

About the business:

Coming from being a licensed contractor and flipping properties; Chris Magill started Aztec Property Inspections Inc. in 2004. The goal was to offer the very best inspections possible by combining cutting edge technology (drones, infrared cameras etc.), knowledge/experience and customer service.

Aztec became a multi inspector company in 2008 due to demand. We have a rigorous in house training system that keeps the quality extremely high. Training inspectors work with the owner (Chris Magill) everyday until they ready to go out on their own. This process can take 2-3 years even for people experienced in construction. These training inspectors are also certified and sent to inspection school. This is the secret sauce to keeping the quality as high as possible and probably why we have been a top 3 company on YELP since 2008.
