The man showed up and didn't give his name. I said are you Victor? he said no, that must be the person who took the call. He had no visible uniform. I showed him the studio and I said I was quoted the $59 for 2 rooms. he wanted to upsell me on shampooing and deodorizer., with some prices on his phone. I said no I just want the $59 that I was quoted. He said he was going to have to talk to his boss. I waited 40 minutes and he never came back. Horrible customer service and business practices.

We called a week in advance to set an appointment, I was told a specific price for the cleaning of 2 rooms. Cleaner showed up 1 hour late on the day of the appointment, doubled the price on the cleaning and when we told him we’d discuss it with our house mates first he literally just left the apartment complex without saying a word, and neither the cleaner nor the company answered their phones again after that. Horrible costumer service, this people are incredibly unprofessional, do not recommend at all.
