I’m not sure as to why this business has such great reviews. I was referred to them by a few friends and based on the reviews, I figured it would be a great company to work with. My appointment was between 9-11 and i was told they will reach out to me 30 min prior arrival.
The technician called me at 11:30 to let me know they will be here in an hour.
At 1pm, they still had not showed up. I called the company 3 times to speak with the supervisor, and he was not available to speak
Don’t waste your time with this company. My husband and i wasted our entire day waiting for them. Yes, their prices are cheap and you get what you pay for. Cheap service
I don’t recommend them.

Poor communication and after waiting all morning and several calls later, they finally came in a unmarked Honda Odyssey van to tell me it's a $400 upcharge. Cancelled my appointment. Should have looked closely at the 5 star reviews as they now seem fake. Also, received several calls and text from a different number that doesn't match the company name.

This is one of those times I wish I could give six stars. You won’t see matching uniforms or a 24-hour call center here, and there aren’t any fancy forms or contracts. But what you do get is a team that takes their time and really gets your carpets cleaner than anyone else I’ve tried. I have two Corgis who sometimes leave pet stains when they get a little mischievous. Other carpet cleaners used expensive products, but the stains always came back after the carpet dried. This time, Giovanni and his team worked hard and made sure every spot was gone. My carpets look so clean now—even my dogs don’t want to pee inside anymore!
