Fantastic job. We had to replace a 60 year old furnace so we didn’t have any idea of the alternatives for heating systems. Kim and Brandon were so responsive in responding to questions about different options. Jim’s technical information and the pros and cons of different options were excellent. I can’t say enough positive about the installation team. We received notification when they were arriving and picture of the lead. They were fantastic about keeping the mess down and this including holding a box under the area they were cutting into a wall for new registers . Wonderful team.

We've been working with Air Plus Heating & Cooling for a few years. They maintained and did trouble-shooting for our existing system, which was not installed by them, and recently installed a new heat pump cooling system - which we are thrilled with! In all cases they were professional, timely, stated all costs and work clearly, presented all the options, and were a pleasure to do business with. I would absolutely recommend them. Five stars!

Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service from Air Plus Heating & Cooling! Our furnace decided to give up on New Year's Eve, and within just three hours of reaching out, they promptly responded. Not only did they manage to fix the issue within 24 hours, but the bill was pleasantly less than half of what we anticipated for a holiday service. We couldn't be more impressed and satisfied. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Air Plus Heating & Cooling for their outstanding and efficient service.

Both Mr Andrew and the other Gentleman (Sorry, I forgot his name) were professional in their jobs. They were cordial and respectful in entering each room by asking me for my supervision in those rooms and did an excellent work, effectively and efficiently. They did the AC and heater maintenance and changed the filter even giving me a few pointers of how to maintain and install a new filter and care for the longevity of my heater. They cleaned the area without leaving any dirt on my floors and their time was impeccable. They were punctual and finished all within three hours. The charges were exactly what we agree on and I received my invoice immediately over my email. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for your excellent service and worker's ethics. Thank you so much. the service from air plus heating & cooling was top-notch, the quality of their work exceeded my expectations, highly recommended for all hvac needs.

Our AC broke and Andrew came out to fix it. It took trying several things to get it back up and running. They did not charge me for one part they installed when they discovered that wasn’t the problem. That’s the sign of an honest company and I will use them again.

Air Plus came recommended to me by a friend who knows the HVAC business when I told him we needed to service our home units and need someone we can trust. Communication, appointment set-up, pricing, service were very good and reliable. Adrian was on time at 7:30AM, thorough, and took the time to explain things to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Air Plus.

Air Plus Heating installed a new Heat Pump for me using the Inflation Reduction Act funding. It was a new program at the time and Nicole helped me navigate the paperwork and HEEHRA filing. Once I was approved, Jim and his team scheduled me in and installed the new system. They were wonderful to work with and I am very pleased with the Heat Pump system. Highly recommend this outfit!

I called Air Plus to come inspect and possibly repair a very old wall heater. The response was incredibly fast and I had Andrew here in just a few days. Andrew showed up about 5 minutes early which was awesome , he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to service and bring back to life my old gal. It was very reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend Air Plus and will use them again if needed.

This is a top quality company. I used them to install heat pump/a/c in a house built in 1964- very limited crawl space, gravel roof. Not only was the estimate Jim gave fair, but he came up with a solution for the drainage that didn't involve roof installation or drilling through concrete. No other companies had suggested that- not only saved money, but saved wear on the old roofing. Nicole, the office manager stayed on top of this project and made sure everything went smoothly and that communication was timely and useful. They did everything included on the bid, and there were no hidden charges. Jim was onsite frequently, and the team of Andy and Bobby were amazing. Each day of the three days, they thoroughly cleaned everything and worked professionally and courteously together. It was a pleasure to have them here doing the work and when completed, the project is exactly as promised. I highly recommend this company if you want to find honest, knowledgable professionals who will treat your house, each other and you with respect and care.

The technician, Bobby Brito, kept us informed as to his arrival time, along with communication from the home office. Bobby checked all parts of our cooling and heating system, and changed filters. Everything is working well and we are ready for the hottest days. Thanks for wonderful service.

The service was quick and fortunately enough it was not a super major issue and a simple fuse replacement that needed to be done! Happy to know we have our AC back and if anything else happens, we will be calling Air Plus!

I had a great experience with Air Plus at every step in replacing my condo furnace. I learned a lot about my home setup from them when they first came to look at my home. They provided a timely estimate and bore with me as I researched other options and asked them follow-up a whole bunch of follow-up questions. The installation itself was seamless. Very happy with the product and service. In fact, I liked them so much, I had them back a year later to install my A/C! I'm very happy with the install and how they cared for my place. I highly recommend Air Plus.
