Very pleased with the service. We had three teams out doing different things. All of them were professional, knowledgeable, competent, and helpful. They answered question and was responsive. We are very satisfied with their service and workmanship!

My technician's name was AIR STAR HEATING, San Diego . He did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts and showing me videos of the progress. He also provided helpful information regarding the way my heating system worked. Boris definitely went above and beyond, and I appreciate it.

We have used these guys 3-4 times. They have come same day for emergencies and it has been a life saver. Reasonably priced too for last minute service. Sam is always professional when at the house and climbs up in the attic even in the summers. We use them and have referred to friends.

I had all of my bathroom vents replaced as the ones that other company, the home builder, install are junk. Very reasonable for all the parts and labor.

Techs had a sense or urgency to get it done, but very friendly at the same time - I believe names were Mike & Alex.Didn't try to sell some BS additional "repairs" or maintenance packages; but recommended in general to make sure the unit gets inspected and maintained on a regular basis.These will be the guys I'll use in the future for maintenance and repairs.Thank you!

When the company that installed my two A/C units a few years ago was less than totally responsive, I called AIR STAR HEATING.

They were able to quickly verify that the failing component was covered under warranty and offered to change it out as soon as the next day. As the unit was still partially working, we decided to schedule it our a couple of days.

AIR STAR HEATING crew arrived as scheduled, completed the job in the stated amount of time, removed all evidence of their having been there, and left us with a perfectly working unit at a reasonable price for their labor and the other items necessary. Everything is now literally cool.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

Arrived quickly and on time. Diagnosed and fixed my AC within the hour. Great service and I don’t feel like I was price gouged. Alexandr was professional and courteous.

We had an old R22 system and needed to replace it. The furnace unit is in the attic so it is a challenging installation. Sam, the lead, and the other technicians did an incredible job. They installed new ducting, added another register to the master bedroom, added a new thermostat for our downstairs unit as well as installed and tested all the equipment. They were extremely prompt every day, very polite, and very clean! I am picky and I have to say they were absolutely delightful to work with.

I recently had a dryer stop working. I called this company and tech came out and quickly identified the problem and solution. He clearly communicated cost expectations, rationale for why the dryer had stopped working, and offered helpful information any homeowner would like to know about washer/dryer maintenance. I would hire again 10/10.

Mike and Sergei were the absolute best. They really saved us this very humid week when our A/C blower fan broke down. Despite it being a 17-year-old unit, they sourced and installed the part within 2 business days. With my extreme heat sensitivity, I was so grateful! Mike was so understanding and even let their parts supplier know how urgent it was to get the part quickly. When it's time to replace the whole system, we will be going back to Air Star. Highly recommended!

Alexander came earlier than expected and resolved our AC issue very quick and in a professional manner. He showed me the area that needed repairs and took care of the issue right away. I will definitely recommend Alexander and this company to anyone needing quick AC repairs.

Alexander and his crew were Awesome! I was having issues with my AC unit not cooling. I called Alexander and he made it out that same day as promised. He was honest with his findings and very fair on price. He was very helpful every step of the way, thoroughly, explaining the issues with my unit.
