I had an appointment from 10a.m-1:00pm, the lady told me I would get a call 30 minutes before the arrival. I called in and they told me they had to change it from 2:00-6:00pm they didn’t call to notify me that it had change and it’s currently 2:15 and I still haven’t gotten a call back!😠. If anyone has an issue with their house A/C please try another place.

The solution for a 2 year old system and prices they quoted were crazy and I felt that they were trying to take advantage of the heat wave. Overpriced and dishonest.

Showed up late, anyway he checked the unit for 2 minutes and it started working and then a phone call to his boss + 20 minutes later he comes back to tell me he doesn't know if my AC HVAC board is fried or if the fans aren't working (is that not supposed to be his job to tell me what is the issue?) And magically the system stops working after his phone call.
So he tells me he can't give me anymore information and says the only solution is to place an order for a new board for $1200 that will come in 2 days (not a single board on the planet costs $1200)They charged me $89 for the visit regardless
