Installers David and Nick were great. Conscientious and hard working.
James, the person who quoted the job was a good salesman. Unfortunately not very good at follow through. We asked to speak with him prior to paying. Have not heard back and there are problems with drainage. Contacted them and someone came to hydro jet 4 days after completion and expressed concerns that nothing is draining properly. We called today and were unable to speak with anyone but the switchboard. This project has now taken more than a a week on a 3 day estimate. We are waiting for yet another tech. It is 3:40 p m and we were told by three 4 employees that they aren’t permitted to work after 3:00 p m.
This project was more than $10,000 and they seem more afraid of us than doing it right

James validated that the issue was addressed through inserting camera into the sewer pipe, before starting work, showed where the Queen Palm root intrusion was in the pipe and once the dirt was compacted, He came back and ensured that the job was completed flawlessly by showing me that all issues was resolved

I also want to highly commend Herman Alvarado for a job well done. Herman Alvarado completed the sewer pipe replacement flawlessly at my rental. He was very courteous, respectful and provided the plan of action and milestone for excavation and repairs. He started on time. Installed barrier tape around the planned excavation, excavate the sewer pipe, shore the excavation, repaired damage sewer piping, and put everything back as nothing happened.

I highly recommend Herman Alvarado for any type of sewer piping repairs. He is professional, honest and truthful. He is the best of the best. Again thank you very much Herman .
