After months of dealing with irregular airflow in my house, I decided to replace my HVAC system. Leo did more than simply install a new unit; they thoroughly evaluated my home's ventilation and tailored the solution to my specific requirements. It was a pleasant experience working with this company. My air conditioning stopped working. They were able to send a technician on the same day. Leo was our technician. He was quick to diagnose the problem, he explained everything and was patient to answer all our questions. Our AC was fixed on the same day. Their customer service is really great! We were very satisfied.

We had some difficulties with our HVAC since it was installed by another service provider. I called G&G for essentially a second opinion on the state of our HVAC system. G&G technician was thorough and shared extensive experience to help me confirm that our system is installed competently. I appreciated the professionalism to provide a confirmation without any sales pitch.

I thought, "I wonder how quickly they can send someone out on such a chilly day. " To my surprise, they were able to send a technician that very same day. Our thermostat had malfunctioned and required fixing. The technician replaced it on the spot, and we were functioning normally again before the school bus arrived with the children. I must say, this company was outstanding! They definitely receive my highest recommendation! Thank you!

I got estimates from 3 other companies, two of which was utterly ridiculous to install a 1.5 ton unit on the roof of a two story condo. A crane was out of the question for a few reasons. I couldn't believe all three just left me hanging and never got back to me as they were trying to figure out a way to do the lift. I then made a post on Nextdoor for suggestions and someone from G&G Indoor Air contacted me and said they could do a lot better. I am so thankful they reached out to me as I was on a time crunch to get this done as I was about to put my place on the market to sell.
Before contacting them I reached out to another 3 places and then decided to just give G&G a call and knew right off they were the ones I wanted to hire.

They got the unit on the roof with little effort. Then, the two guys who did the work did an a job. I was very impressed. Both were very pleasant and helpful.

Without a doubt, I can highly recommend this company. There quote was very reasonable compared to the $10 to $12k that others quote. It shows they care about the client and not just into it for the money.

This company did a good job listening to my preferences and even suggested mounting the outdoor unit off the ground, which I like. I asked for the interior unit to be centered along the wall but it ended up about 2 inches to the right of center without explanation. Service was fast and quite a bit less expensive than the competitors I researched. Unit cools and heats very well for my small space.
