Ez Breezy Heating & Air

Updated Sept. 2025 - we replaced our rental condo AC last year with a new heat-pump unit provided by EZ Breezy. Unfortunately due to some oversight on the install process, the unit wasn't tuned and ended up drawing too much power, causing our tenant's electrical bills to go through the roof. Called EZ Breezy and they came out next day, fixed the issue, and even honored my request to reimburse the tenant for the excess electricity. I appreciate their customer service and making things right in the end. That's a rare find these days!

Update July 2023 - had another great experience with Daniel today. Always appreciate EZBHA's fast response time and good customer service. I keep calling them for all my AC/heating needs. Recommended! Our 46-year old HVAC system died shortly after moving into a new house, and it was hard to keep the whole place warm with space heaters. Found EZ Breezy via Yelp and they answered our call right away, and we got a same-day appointment with owner, Ed. We liked his/his team's honest, straight-forward approach, and what we felt was fair pricing, and took the plunge to replace the whole system the very next day. Really appreciated their fast response and ability to get us up and running the very next day. They also offer great warranties and registered the warranty directly with the manufacturer on our behalf and sent us the paperwork, which was a nice touch. I would definitely do business with them again.
