We’re in Rancho Santa Fe, and when the AC gave up, I was sure we’d be stuck waiting all week. Nope. Got someone out in less than 24 hours. The technician was super friendly, found a bad relay, and replaced it fast. He also cleaned the coils and checked for airflow issues. Smooth experience from start to finish.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and the next day it was already 85 degrees inside. I called first thing in the morning and was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment. The technician arrived on time, found a faulty capacitor, and had it swapped out within 20 minutes. He stayed to test everything and even showed me how to reset the system if it happens again.
