This is the 2nd time Steve has been to our house and helped us with repairs.I could not be happier with the customer service and the amount of explaining that he does to make sure we understand what the problem is and how to fix ourselves down-the-line if need be. He cares about the customer and not just the sale. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company and will gladly continue using them :)

There was a slight delay in starting this job because of Covid supply chain problems. Once they got all the parts they quickly scheduled and finished the job. The Tech also did a great job cleaning up after the job was finished. I own income property and Progressive provided me excellent, honest service for many years. I will continue using their company for years to come.

Excellent experience with Progressive Heating & Air. We've used them for the past 2 years now and have been very happy with their technicians and the service provided. They always respond quickly and keep us updated on time of arrival and services performed, and any that will possibly be needed in the future. Costs are very reasonable. Great company!

Had an ac emergency , James Colvin was our technician very professional knew exactly what he was doing, excellent service over all, even the front desk assistance she was outstanding service she was very patient; great team! These guys are AWESOME - what a great group of professionals! In 2021 we needed a company to come out and take a peek at our server room AC unit. Being use for a good 10+ years (and a workhorse running 24/7), we just couldn't remember who did the install. We did call around for multiple quotes for what it costs to just come out and diagnose, and these guys and gals, hands down, had the most competitive pricing in the area. They came out & not only diagnosed but serviced the unit at an affordable un-gouging price and with full transparency that this unit was coming to end of life. Fast forward to April 2022, that same unit entirely crapped out on us. Made a call to Progressive, had Steve come out and diagnose quickly (tearing apart the unit on the roof, taking pictures, explaining the whats and the whys, and having his office send a quote to my email in-real-time while he was here to address questions). We did need a full replacement of the system. I approved it on Tuesday (yesterday) and the unit is already installed and running - that was less than a 24-hr turn around from approval to completed work! We had a great team this morning - David, Lot, and Willian - making it happen to minimal disruption to business. We didn't even have to power down one server or system in the immediate area!. The Progressive team made this replacement easy every single step of the way. Each team member was extremely nice & professional. Progressive has proven to be a provider of RIDICULOUSLY timely & affordable service! Thank you to the team for making my work life that much easier!

Great service. Resolved a years-long issue with one room being 10° hotter and another being 10° colder. Over a year later with no issues, the maint plan has saved us from other headaches as well. James is a rockstar, he's in my thoughts on hot days.

I can’t say enough good about this company. They came when they said they would come. They kept in contact with me because I wasn’t home and they did the service while my brother was visiting. I worked with a technician named Carl. He was amazing. He’s very professional and just seemed like he really cared about making sure my HVAC got fixed. I had several bad experiences the prior week with a company that had lots of good reviews. They never showed up when they said they would come. Happy that I got Progressive to fix the problem.

Called at 9, Steve was at my house within a few hours, and quickly assessed and addressed the problem with my two AC units. He went above and beyond to ensure that the system was working properly, testing EVERYTHING repeatedly throughout the repair process. He was up in the attic multiple times and was able to prevent a huge leak that was just about to happen! So thankful I was referred to Progressive from a dear friend who was also very pleased with their service and value. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We’ve lived in our condo 2 years and while we have replaced our filters, we had not had it serviced. During the heat wave we had it serviced by a competitor which one of our neighbors recommended. During maintenance, they found a small leak in our AC unit. Since it is 20 years old we also asked for a quote for a new AC. We wanted some additional quotes for comparison and found Progressive on Yelp. Boy were they awesome! They were very responsive when I asked for a quote and came out the next day. Steve, the Operations, Manager, was the one that came to inspect our unit and provide the quote. He was timely, knowledgeable and spent extra time to educate us on what needed fixing (our duct was bent which restricted airflow) along with providing a second alternative to the existing size unit we had. That alternative was a slightly smaller unit, which was fine for our square footage, but offered a 10-year warranty on parts rather than 18 months for the existing size. Not to mention they were cheaper than the competitor.

Fast forward a day (Saturday during Labor Day weekend), and our AC unit went out! Our condo skyrocketed to 88+ degrees. We asked if someone could come out and complete a ‘temporary’ fix until we got a new unit. Steve immediately called us back and was very honest and indicated that no one would be able to complete a temporary fix which saved us the cost of a weekend repair. We immediately decided to go with Progressive for Steve’s honesty, professionalism and prompt responses. We were scheduled for Sept 15th but asked if they could bump us up sooner if anyone canceled. Low and behold, Sept 12th Steve called at 8:30 am to indicate they could come that day. That was a huge relief. Two workers were here and did a great job.

We HIGHLY recommend Progressive and will be recommending them to our neighbors when they need any maintenance, new quote, etc. regarding heating or AC! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!

Had our heating system serviced by Steve W. Had our furnace checked and filters changed, our filter is way up in the ceiling so I definitely can't do it. Steve W. is professional and informative. He answered questions I had about what to do and what NOT to do with filters, the types and rating and what they mean. I always appreciate professionals willing to teach someone who has no idea on how these systems work. Hope he comes back as our technical expert for the next service. I wasn’t home for the appointment because the scheduling department didn’t tell my technician that I wouldn’t be home at that time (which I explained to them). However, my technician Lot was able to figure out the problem, fix the issue, and was very kind and professional. Thanks to Lot I my view on this company changed to a positive one. He convinced me to get the membership and I will be asking for him to come back if I have any more problems with my AC.

I had my AC tune-up today. The sevice technician, Lot, was nice, efficient, helpful, and did a great job! I renewed my membership with Progressive. Their servcie and pricing are fantastic! I highly recommend them.

Progressive Heating & Air was great! Our AC stoped working in July and Adrian came out same day and got us all fixed up. Solid guy, solid company. Will use again for any needs in the future.

Steve came to our home on Monday and checked our unit and we knew it needed replacing and he confirmed. Got on a conference call with Adrian to answer our questions and their service was excellent! Ron and Jesus showed up early Wednesday morning and began the removal of old furnace and installation of the new one. They were both professional and courteous. By 1:30 the same day we had heat. This company met all our needs and did the job fast! I would highly recommend them for to anyone who needs HVAV services.

The team at Progressive Heating and Air did a great job from start to finish. I initially reached out a week or so before installation and Carl was very responsive. The proposal process was informative and helped us make a good decision. It did not feel like we were being sold anything we didn’t need and the recommendation felt honest. Once the team arrived at the house, they were efficient with the process and cleaned up everything well. Overall, we were happy with the experience and would recommend this company to others.

Andres, Jesus and Ron installed a new air conditioner condenser outside and a heat exchanger within our home today and they were terrific, professional, and worked hard and efficiently. I would definitely do business with Progressive again–ask for Andres, Jesus and Ron to do your install-the unit works great-thank you! Jeff

We had an issue with our existing AC and we had the pleasure of working with Lot. Great guy helped us with answering all our questions. He performed an AC tune up for us and told us exactly what we needed to get done. Great customer service.

Amazing service!!! Loved how he explained everything to me and broke it down. Fast work and good price. Went above and beyond. I hurt my foot so couldn't walk much and he took my trash out for me lol. That was sweet of the worker. I even joined their membership that's how much I was impressed with the whole experience.

Lot came out look at our mini split system that wasn’t cooling. I appreciate that he explained what he found and gave me option. He got system cooling and answered all of my questions. I would recommend progressive heating. & air and will use them again in the future.

Our AC unit broke during the last heatwave. Steve got out here the next day and saved us. He was on time, professional, and was able to diagnose and fix our problem. He also helped us reseat the unit so it no longer is the loudest unit on the block. What a great experience. When we decide to upgrade our AC/Furnace, we will defintiely use Steve and Progressive.
