Progressive Heating & Air

This is the 2nd time Steve has been to our house and helped us with repairs.I could not be happier with the customer service and the amount of explaining that he does to make sure we understand what the problem is and how to fix ourselves down-the-line if need be. He cares about the customer and not just the sale. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company and will gladly continue using them :)

The communication was excellent. They were very punctual to come out to give me an estimate and reasonably priced. The people that installed it, left some materials behind on the lawn and on the rocks next to the unit. I would have preferred that the entire copper coil was covered with the rubber but instead when they came out again to reinstall the coolant because it had leaked, the man put a bunch of tape around the missing rubber to cover up the copper coil. It has been working properly since they came out the second time and he assured me that it was still under warranty. I just wish they would have checked it carefully before leaving so it would not have leaked and that it looked nicer.

There was a slight delay in starting this job because of Covid supply chain problems. Once they got all the parts they quickly scheduled and finished the job. The Tech also did a great job cleaning up after the job was finished. I own income property and Progressive provided me excellent, honest service for many years. I will continue using their company for years to come.
