Fantastic experience! When your AC dies the last thing you want is to spend days getting competitive quotes. I did do that and wasted several days. Kyle came out was knowledgeable and gave us the best price. Install was fast. The installers were professional on time and worked non stop. I highly recommend this family owned business. We have 4 more units all 22 years old so will be using Smith and Sons to replace those when they go out.

Kyle came out and fixed my a/c in 15 minutes.!!! He explained and showed me how the capacitor was bad. He did not try to upsale me. Kyle was very honest with me. Really appreciate the outstanding customer service Smith&sons displayed. I will be using them for any a/c issues in the future!
