Jeff Freedman and his team did an excellent job. They replaced our HVAC system and the entire duct system, all within two days. They were polite, professional, and arrived at the expected time. They completely cleaned up everything once they were done. We could not be more pleased.

I mistakenly thought that my water heater was newer than it was and I know nothing about plumbing. Same Day Heating And Air came out and Jesse was able to assess the problem and realized That I needed a brand new water heater. The one I thought was replaced recently, was almost a 10 years older than that and there was a rust at the bottom, which would’ve caused the leak if I had a flush done. I was able to get the job scheduled right away and within a couple of days I have a brand new water heater that heats up my water super fast. I recommend Same Day Heating And Air because Of their high-quality customer service and competitive prices.

Anthony was our technician today to deal with our clogged kitchen sink. He was prompt and very polite. He diagnosed our issue very quickly and explained the charges and if there would be any additional charges if his diagnosis required additional work. He proceeded to remove two different blockages and that quickly we were done! He was able to clear the blockages for the original estimate. Very very happy with Same Day’s service.

We contracted Same Say Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing to replace our aging HVAC system, which included a gas furnace and air-conditioning unit, with a new heat pump system. The entire experience was excellent.

Just two days later, the new system was installed by Daniel Camarero. Our home is divided into three zones, each with independent heating and cooling controls. While this design is efficient, it adds complexity to the installation. Daniel handled every challenge with skill, completing the job in a single day. His work was exceptionally clean, professional, and detail-oriented.

The old water heater was in a hall closet next to the furnace. Brian and his trainee evaluated the situation, developed a solution and effectively/efficiently completed the project. The artistry involved is evident in the picture. Brian’s clearly demonstrated technical skills and persistence were impressive!

5/5 stars Bryant, Eric, & Bill were very professional and answered any questions I had throughout the entire process. They didn’t harass me after the initial quote and were very classy and respectable. I purchased a new hvac/furnace for our 3k sqft home and two mini split systems for our 2 car garage and 1 car garage. They took their time and did everything perfectly. They were able to find me a slim unit so I could walk on the side of my house again. If you are looking for a trustworthy company look no further.

Same Day sent Bryant and his team to install our complete HVAC system today. Our original HVAC lasted 30+ years and was using to much energy + aging and R22 refrigerate getting low.
All three very professional and courteous. Took care of laying down protective floor covering and removed and cleaned out the areas where the new equipment to be installed. Very careful with carrying the old HVAC equipment out and bringing in the new equipment upstairs and into attic area. The team checked all vents and sealed them to prevent leakage. Installed new air filters on all 3 returns. Cleared the plugged main drain for evaporation moisture and tested. Showed where they installed water leakage monitors and said if moisture detected it would shut system down to prevent water damage. Capped gas line and checked for leakage. We went with all electric heat pump since we have Solar. They cleaned up work areas and took all their waste with them. It was cleaner after the work than when they started.
He showed the newly installed equipment outside and the pictures of the equipment installed in attic and new duct connectors due to the original connectors were larger than what the new units needed.
Tested the system then showed how to use the new Smart thermostat and App.
The new HVAC system very quiet and the equipment from a well known manufacturer. I think we received a good price. Competitive with the other estimates received from other HVAC companies.
The lower priced estimates we received were due to equipment types and less SEER ratings.
Our Sales person Mike was straight forward with us. Showed us what discounts we could receive. Showed us the equipment for our project. Who the manufacturer was. And sized the project for our home. No pressure and we also said we had to get quotes from other vendors and he mentioned that was a good idea.

Very good customer service. Showed up on time, explained all items with photos and detailed explanation. Kept me well informed through the process of the replacement. Respectful and neat in my home. I highly recommend as my experience was exemplary .

Wonderful service. Elias was my service advisor. My house had sediment along the walls and the air quality was affecting my allergies. Elias cleaned the entire furnace, replaced some worn parts, and also put in a new UV bulb for my air scrubber. He also recommended an ionizer at the furnace location which he installed. No HVAC company had been that thorough to make sure my air flow was of better quality. I’m so thankful he came.
