UPDATE: A few days after paying for this service I got two transactions in Home Depot that I didn’t do or authorize. There was a 3rd transaction that didn’t went through because I blocked my card.
The payment for this service is done on the operator’s iPad, asking for the credit card number and security code. That information somehow was accessed and used to buy in Home Depot.
I encourage to the company to use a safe way or the regular devices to charge a credit card, not providing the information that can easily access by anyone with access to that iPad.
Also, if you use this company, make sure to pay in a safe way.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great job and excellent service. Wilbert Tapia arrived on time, with excellent communication explaining what is happening with the HVAC unit.
The fix was done quickly and not excessive at all.
