AC went out the day before Thanksgiving and they were the ONLY place willing to come out on Thanksgiving day to attempt to fix it. The ops manager himself came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was a complete professional through and through. Can't say enough about this company!

Disappointed. Upon installing a water heater at my gals' place, the technicians resized the gas pipe and caused other joint connections to leak gas. Technicians discovered the leak and in Spanish told each other "let's leave, because we're going have to remove the whole pipe again" and took off. The following day, another set of technicians told her to repair it. She reached out to the owner and received no response. She hasn't had gas for over a week.
