I went through several several janitorial companies before I landed on City Wide Facility Solutions. I've been with them probably about 3 years now and they've done a pretty solid job. City Wide offers a variety of services but I employ them for office space and ISO7 clean room upkeep. There's been some low points over the years but City Wide ALWAYS makes it right. I've had the pleasure of working with a several of their staff who always go above and beyond. Recently I received a new account manager, Tracy Ta, and she's doing an amazing job getting my facility back to where it needs to be. If you're looking for facilities solutions, City Wide is your one stop shop.

We are new customers of City Wide and therefore have been working closely with the Facility Solutions Manager, Jesus Caldera. He has been a pleasure to interact with, always friendly and positive. As the company I work for is highly regulated by the FDA, we have specific needs and requirements. Jesus has been quick to address our concerns and communicate with his team to provide us with the services we require.

Our technician bathroom towel dispenser was pulled off the wall. Tracy took it upon herself to get it replaced. Her team did so. Our technician were very happy

We have had special requests due to events at the company and Tracy and Maggie have always been helpful even if it’s on short notice.

As a Facility manager, it’s great that I don’t have to worry about the premises, and can provide my Co workers with a clean environment.

When Apollo shows up we know everything will sparkle. Last week he cleaned the fridge and scrubbed the floors. We felt like we had hit the jackpot. He is very attentive to what we need in the office and the service center. Thank you Apollo for doing an amazing job for us at XPO!

Chris Crews is an outstanding Facilities Solution Manager. He meets with us every week, addresses any last minute issues and prioritizes work effectively. Chris and his team (Shout out to Miguel) go above and beyond to make us feel taken care of and accommodated.

Jesus and the team who cleans our gymnastics center at the Escondido YMCA are amazing! Not only do they keep our gym clean, but they also really care about our program and staff. They walk our staff to their cars when it is dark outside to be sure they are safe. They ask about special events that we are having so that they can focus on areas where we need extra cleaning. They are always looking out for things that might be unsafe for our kids. The definately go above and beyond!!!

City Wide is a partner in ensuring our facility is kept clean. They are professional and attend to any concerns or issues. When we've had a concern about any of their staff the management has stepped in and made it a priority to address. They also do more than just basic cleaning. They work with us on specialized cleaning like carpet cleanings, pest control, and other special projects.

We recently switched our Clinic Cleaning Services, and the level of professionalism and attention to detail we have received has been extremely appreciated. Our patients complement everyday how sparkly and tidy we are!
