Store is nicely laid out, staff is helpful, and things are easy to find. They currently have a staff member up front ensuring that carts get disinfected between customers, which is a nice touch. I would recommend that if you are looking for something specific to call ahead.

I like them much better than home Depot or Lowes. Great selection, great quality, and friendly helpful staff. Each plant section is informative so you know how to take care of your plant and you know it's light, water, and nutrient requirements. I want a plant that was not available and they contacted their suppliers and put me on a notification list of when they will receive my plant of interest

Lesli is amazing! Reviewing as a former luxury retail general manager (Lesli did not know this). She is so knowledgeable and willing to provide hands-on advice. She even went way above and beyond to help me hand pick the plants that she thought suited my needs and wants for each space. I have been back to purchase more three days in a row. Lesli gives me the best advice each time. Armstrong is so lucky to have someone as passionate and knowledgeable as Lesli.
