Terrible communication. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone and emails also go unanswered. Service has gone downhill for home landscape maintenance services. This year, they nearly killed our lemon tree before we had to point out something was wrong. Told us they would be taking care of pruning our citrus and fig but never have. Routinely miss huge weeds in the yard despite repeated requests for removal. Finally cancelling service after they skipped service at our house and failed to communicate at all about rescheduling. Very disappointing given the price.
