We had our Noritz tank-less water heater descaled. Everything went fine, as expected from Courtesy Plumbing. Lou even checked the water heater inside to make sure there will be no surprises in the near future. It is the second time we are using this company.

Another excellent service call from Sieg. Easily replaced a wall mounted tub faucet without breaking any tile, and diagnosed/fixed a very tricky problem with a tub faucet. All for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

3-4 hour time windows are not my favorite, but they were available same day AND at least give you a 30-min heads up when they are on their way. The service was phenomenal. Lou was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to do multiple fixes inside and outside our home effectively and efficiently. He was kind, helpful and wanted to make sure we understood the problem and resolution. Pricing was upfront, so there were no hidden or surprise fees. We’ll definitely use again for future needs.
