Carlos, owner of CR Plumbing & Drains, did a major sewer line project at my house and I highly recommend him. He and his team laid more than 150 feet of new sewer pipe around the property and under the house, and set things up properly for future connections as needed.
Carlos gave a fair, competitive price, explained the work clearly, and did exactly what he said he would do. He was transparent throughout the process, open to questions and requests, and clearly cared about doing the job right rather than cutting corners. He also dealt with very hard clay soil, which made the job much tougher, but he and his crew pushed through and finished exactly on time and on budget.
Reliable, straightforward, and professional. I would absolutely use him again.

Carlos is the man! Kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He listened to me what I wanted for my projects and walked me through the existing plumbing so that I could understand how he was going to help me. He did it all; new vanity and toilet install, moving a pipe, kitchen remodel including sink, disposal hook up, and new dishwasher install! He left the place clean and neat. I will definitely use him again and am so quick to refer him to friends !

I needed emergency help with my sump pump. We got in touch with Carlos and he fit us into our schedule that afternoon. He fixed it pretty quickly and got us back to normal. Highly recommended!!
