Ricardo installed my new toilet like a true bathroom fix-it-savant!—quick, clean, and even fixed a broken flange on the spot (he came prepared with the part in his car 🫶🏼). He explained everything clearly, was polite and professional, and the company matched a competitor’s price. I’d happily invite him back any time. Five stars, zero clogs. 🚽✨

We recently hired Steven to fix a leak in our kitchen sink and tune the water system. He did a great job applying caulk around the sink, sealing the leak properly and leaving the area clean and tidy. He also took the time to check and adjust the water system to ensure everything was running smoothly. He was punctual, professional, and explained the work clearly. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Jerome was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. He unclogged my kitchen sink in no time and left everything spotless. This is our second time using Elite Rooter because they make solving big problems so easy. Highly recommend!

Elite has been easy to work with and very experienced. We have a critical under slab replacement and Martin Sr has been a professional dealing w difficult events and issues. I would trust him on any project.

Jerome was extremely polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. The price quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden charges like other companies I have used. I would definitely use Elite Rooter again and I highly recommend them.

This review is mostly for Steven. Steven did an amazing job getting to the "root" of the problem lol. He did quite a bit of digging juuuust to get me an accurate estimate! That's an insane level of customer service!

Full disclosure, the actual fix was done by another party (family friend who's also a licensed plumber), but would definitely consider Steven for future projects, issues, etc.

We had a significant plumbing issue erupt in our bathtub when we flushed a toilet around noon on Christmas Eve, and by 1:30 Elite had arrived and started working on the problem. And, when they couldn’t solve it with the equipment that they had, they called out to the person operating it and redirected them to our house since our issue was much more dire than the other one. Exceptional service!

Steven Johnson was amazing!
I’d been without a working bathroom for a week, and Steven came through like a hero. He unclogged our pipes, got the sinks running again, and handled everything with professionalism and care. I’m beyond grateful for his quick response and excellent work. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend Elite Rooter! Patrice on the scheduling side was super nice and Steven (our technician) was great to work with! He explained the issue and options available so we could make the best decision for us.

Nate Taylor came out to my place and got my leaking water heater fixed in a matter of 30 minutes. His work is very clean and well managed. As well easy going and had answers to all of my questions about plumbing. Would highly recommend Nate and the elite rooters company to fix any issues with plumbing. Prices are very reasonable and affordable for the great work that they have do and have done for me. Once again I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a emergency plumbing service

I had a clogged bathroom sink and needed it fixed asap. I reached out to Elite Rooters and they sent Omar Hernandez. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Fixed the issue. Reasonably priced.

Overall, am very satisfied with Elite Rooters and Omar Hernandez and will use them again if needed.

Sam was the best!! I needed a clogged pipe at my rental house checked out, and Sam was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me evaluate the previous plumber's work, and I ended up getting a full refund from that company!! My sewer pipe was clogged for over a foot with "flushable" wipes, and Sam was a real trooper getting all of that out! He cleared the pipe and replaced the cast iron with newer material. I'm keeping Elite Plumbing on speed dial!

I called them for a pluming leak as their work had warranty. Steven came, looked at the problem it took him 2 seconds and he knew what he needed to do. He did the job so quickly and made it look so easy. He was also so friendly. Easily 5 stars. Thank you Steven

Elite Rooters sent out a team that was professional and respectful. They came out at a late hour and found a solution to an ongoing issue. Friendly and transparent. Strongly recommend their service.

Stan and his crew were excellent. We live in an older house and with plumbing there are always unknowns. Stan explained everything he was doing. There were some unexpected things to deal with. However, Stan did his best to keep costs to a manageable level. He was very thorough and professional.

Came right away. Omar was great! Thanks for helping us urgently!

Back to add, I had another issue, they came quick!!!! Omar, again, was amazing!!! The regional manager, Grayson came this visit as well. They are the nicest people! Very knowledgeable and informative. They were patient, I didn’t feel rushed, everything we needed was explained thoroughly and they were not pushy salespeople either.
All around amazing experience!! Highly recommend!!!

My family and I were in such a bind on a Friday night on the cusp of a horrible snow storm on its way and Marley drove almost an hour to us in Woodland Park to help. Marley was absolutely curtious, kind, compassionate, and eager to to assess the issue at hand. Thanks to his expertise we were able to diagnose the problem and come to a solution. Highly recommended. Give Marley a raise because thanks to him, I'll never look elsewhere from Elite Rooter for any plumbing needs I may have. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
