We recently hired Steven to fix a leak in our kitchen sink and tune the water system. He did a great job applying caulk around the sink, sealing the leak properly and leaving the area clean and tidy. He also took the time to check and adjust the water system to ensure everything was running smoothly. He was punctual, professional, and explained the work clearly. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Zero Star if could – Avoid This Company
Elite Rooter Plumbing caused physical damage to my toilet with a metal auger directly without pulling it up.
After they damaged my property, neither the technician nor customer service responded or took responsibility. No follow-up. No apology. No resolution.What's more, the technician and his superior did not suggest any non-invasive troubleshooting method first. Instead, they immediately jumped to an extreme and expensive recommendation: opening drywall and installing a two-way fitting, quoting $1,600 just to “inspect further.”
This company shows poor workmanship, aggressive upselling, and zero accountability.
If you value your home and expect professionals to stand behind their work, stay far away from Elite Rooter Plumbing.I am documenting this publicly because private attempts to resolve the issue were ignored.
