Water heater in the garage was leaking. I knew it had to be replaced it was an old unit. Ideal was able to come out within a couple of hours and replace the unit with what I chose. I was very grateful to have the work done within hours of finding the leak. Abe was the technician, he was on time actually early. He was professional and knowledgeable. I asked him many questions he answered all of them. Ricci, who took my call, was very helpful explaining the process and costs so there were no surprises. I’m quite pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again for my plumbing needs.

Our garbage disposal seized up the day before we were leaving on a trip. I scheduled them to come tomorrow and they called me back an hour later and said they could come today. Whoopee! They were professional, polite and efficient.
