I was apprehensive about this process as it was completely new to me. The thought of draining my pool and then having to refill was not something I wanted to do. When Dylan and Jeff showed up to set everything up - I was immediately put to ease. They returned the next day and tested everything, provided me with a readout of all the before and after numbers for the water test. Then they removed all their equipment and made sure everything was in order before leaving.

Bought a house with a pool and the water chemistry had a high ppm. My pool tech recommended Triton to do RO as opposed to draining the pool and filling it back up with new water. I don’t think I saved money by doing it this way but I certainly didn’t waste thousands of gallons of water. Triton came out fast and the process took a day to complete.

We moved into our new home and our pool guy said the water has high TDS level, and we needed to drain the pool or reverse osomosis (RO). I called Triton and spoke with Jeff, he came tested the pool water, and explained chemistry and help me understand the acceptable TDS level. All had made sense, since our pool guys said he will start charging me as it takes a lot of chemical to balance the pool water. The process was painless, Jeff parks the trailer and set up all the hoses around the pool area and left it over night. The computerize RO system runs on a generator, it takes the the water, cleanse it, and most of the water goes back right into the pool, very little of the water gets flushed out to the sewage drain. Our pool had almost 25,000 gallon and hight TDS level so it was an overnight job. When it was done, the water quality in the pool was better than our filtered drinking water! Very neat process, saves water, and very promising satisfaction knowing that Jeff services commericials and our local community pool. :-)

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Their RO truck only took 20 hours to filter my 19K gallon pool. my Poway water is so hard to begin with. The calcium level dropped from over 515 to below 100. The pool water feels so much better. Recommend RO over drain and fill.

I am not a pool person. My FIL recently passed away, WWII veteran. He lived on his own until the very end, he lived in the same house for over 55 years and he had a pool which he primarily maintained. Never really testing anything, just added chemicals and got lucky I suppose. The pool always "appeared" nice to the untrained eye.
My wife and I inherited all his belongings, including the house and pool! We are preparing the house for sale but wanted to make sure the pool was maintained until we can sell, I did not want the pool to turn into a “swamp” as the weather heated up.
I called a local pool servicing company (will review separately) to come check the pool; they tested the water and things were quite out of balance to the point of either draining & refilling or using an RO process on the pool water, that is where Triton Water Renewal was recommended.
I called Triton, got right through and explained my situation. They had a trailer and technician at the house the next day! The process took approximately 24 hours; the equipment is monitored remotely by the crew.
I would HIGLY recommend Triton to service your pool if you are in a similar situation of unbalanced chemicals, contemplating on a drain & refill or just have no knowledge of pool servicing.

I easily scheduled my appointment on-line. The appointment date and time was quickly confirmed by text. The technician showed up as promised and was very professional. The job was completed on time and at the quote price with no hassles.

Jeff and Dylan were fantastic. They take care of everything and we are so pleased with the results. I wish I had done this RO process sooner to deal with the high calcium and salt in my pool. They recycle the existing water (most of it) and then take care of the pool chemistry once the process is complete. Talk to Jeff he will help with any questions and is super honest. Highly recommend.
