Max was incredible! He correctly diagnosed our drainage problems and was very thorough, explaining the issues as he went along. We will always request him for our future plumbing needs.

When setting my appointment with this company, Joseph got to my house in a timely matter and was so quick and efficient! He took time to explain what he was going to do and I was overall very satisfied with the service. I will definitely be utilizing Rooter Solutions again if ever needed!

Great experience - They were available next day, and even showed up early. Ryan was quick with clearing our drainage issue and was super easy to work with. Their pricing was also the best I could find after calling around to a few other plumbing companies. I’ll definitely use them for any future issues.

I had a kitchen sink clog and instead of calling my usual plumbing company I saw the RS ad for $54. I decided to give them a try and I'm very happy with their service. Ryan and Nick came to my house the same day I called and was on time. Ryan fixed the clog and pointed out there was a leak under the sink. He came back the next morning on time and replaced the part. Both Ryan and Nick were very considerate, friendly and personable and I felt very comfortable with them right away. All the personnel that I had contact with was very professional and friendly. I felt like a valued customer. The receptionists on the phone were friendly and polite. I will be calling RS for any future plumbing needs. I'm very happy with the price and the expert work that was done!

I called because of a new clog in our bathroom, they were available to come out on the same day. Gil came out and checked the drain twice, figured out we needed some extra help and called a Christian, his specialist, for extra help. They ran diagnostics, gave us options, super transparent, super honest. Will refer them to anyone who needs help.

We had a total collapse of our entire home plumbing. It was traumatic to say the least and was a massive job. Morgan and Alfredo were here for many days along with others, working day and into the night to get things dug up, replaced and moving again. It was so nice to have Morgan and Alfredo here, they were professional and positive. Most of all, very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them for your next job. Joseph was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He explained everything that was going on with my kitchen pipes and dealt with the issue in record time. We're still waiting for a part to resolve one more issue and I'm confident he's going to take care of it in no time. I am very satisfied with the customer service and expertise he demonstrated.

Morgan was sent out to repair our dishwasher that was spilling water all over our counters. He was great. Showed up same day within about an hour. Did a good job and was very quick with it. He even offered to take out the trash that was under our sink. Overall just a good person doing a great job and for a great price. Thanks

Morgan was my technician and I am so glad. Quality service from him and Isai as well. Got a new tub installed a while ago and it hasn't drained properly the whole time, they made it possible for me to enjoy my tub again, fixed my pipes, cleared the obstruction and were the only ones to finally get it right out of many other companies. Thank you guys for going the extra mile and having great service. It's hard to come by these days!

Just had to have my old cast iron pipes replaced under the house, 70 year old, guess it was time. Not cheap but it had to be done. Cooper was the young man that did most of the work with help from Gil, Hector and supervisor Esaie. They were all very good at there jobs but Cooper when above and beyond he stay late twice to get my plumbing up and running, he also came back on his day off just check his work. Max at Rooter Solutions was fantastic! We had a stopped up lines which turned out to be a bigger issue with the cast iron pipes. Max was out the same morning and everything was fixed quickly and he was very trustworthy and professional.

When our sink was blocked for several days and plumbers had limited availability due to the upcoming holiday, I called Rooter Solutions and they scheduled a visit right the next morning, even though it was Christmas Eve. Gil came out to help us, and he was professional and helpful. He not only unblocked our sink, he also installed a stoppage point in the pipes so we could have easier access. He explained what could do to maintain the pipes on a weekly basis. He really went above and beyond in a short time period. We will definitely use this company again!
