Morgan- was an awesome service provider. Knowledgeable, professional, kind, and experienced. Helped me understand what was happening with my pipes and what needed to be done. Did not upsell me.

He was very helpful and made the experience painless as I had been dealing with a clogged drain for a few days.

I’ll be referring him and the company to everyone and will be using them to flush out the whole house system.

I had a call from my tenants in Escondido late on a Friday night about a shower backing up into the bathroom. I searched for a plumber in Escondido and Rooter Solutions ad popped up with a drain cleaning special of $54.00.

I called them Saturday morning. They answered the phone and set me up with a same day appointment. The staff who answered the phone was excellent. Our technician, Morgan, was also great. He texted me an eta that was accurate. This was helpful to let me tenants know an eta.

Morgan arrived to the site and got to work. He snaked the line and also ran a camera down the line. The main line has a droop in it underground, causing material to back up over time.

This company was excellent, their communication was great. They came out the same day I called and fixed my issue. I will 100% call them next time we have an issue.

Our Cast Iron Shower Traps caved in from age. Since Shower was Tiled they dug next to problem area to replace Trap. We decided to replace all pipes and relighn Sewer. That was several month ago. Yesterday we had a back up in Bathroom sink called Rooter Solutions and they immediately came over and found the problem and fixed it no charge. These guys do great work and with a 25 year gaurantee I am glad I chose them. Mark my Technician has always been Prompt Honest and did what he said he would do. Rooter Solutions Plumbing is outstanding! I used them twice recently — first for a weekend emergency with a main line blockage. Christian came out late, was professional, and gave clear options for repair or replacement with no pressure. I later chose to replace the line and got several estimates; Rooter Solutions was fair, honest, and didn’t try to upsell. During the job, the original plan to run the new line didn’t work, and they had to dig and fully replace it — and they stuck to the original quoted price with no extra charges. Christian and the team were fantastic throughout. Highly recommend them!

Rooter’s technique for discovering problems in the lines and pipes that may be hard to detect otherwise helped prevent an issue that would have been very costly if not caught in time. Many companies might just let it happen and reap the benefits a job like that can bring, but they didn’t do that (and they could have) and for that I am very grateful.

We had a major drain problem with very old cast iron pipes. They fell apart while remodeling a shower by another company. We called Rooter Solutions and they were excellent!! Morgan, Ryan and Orlando worked on our house. They are very professional, neat, clean and tidy. We highly recommend them.

Wow. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Had a really backed up kitchen sink that went beyond my scope of cleaning out. Turned out to be a clogged 50 year old cast iron connection deep in the line of my older beach house in Encinitas. Morgan and Alex came out and gave me 5 star service. I purchased my home in 2021, but I never thought I would find myself needing to redo my entire plumbing within 2 years! I reached out to Rooter Solutions, and that same day, there was a tech (Pedro) that sprung into action to try and figure out what was going on. He quickly called up his supervisor Isai, who brought a camera and showed me the condition of my pipes. Once we realized how bad things were, he walked me through my options and helped me get financed with the company! That was such a relief because I had no idea where I was going to come up with the money. That same day, Isai and Pedro had a crew come to my house and started the repair. The crew Jose Mosqueda, Pedro, and Carlos "Teddy" were all aware that my children and I were staying in a hotel, so they hurried to get us back in the house. Poor guys stayed at my house until 9 pm one day because they came across an issue but didn't want to delay the work. They had to open an additional area but first called me to ask if it was ok and where did I want my things moved to. They covered everything, to ensure my floors and walls didnt get damaged. Once everything was complete, Isai came back to my house with the camera to show me the repairs that were made. I was anticipating the process to take weeks, but they were able to replace my entire home plumbing within a week! I truly appreciate everyone! Oh! even the owner came to check the process! He wanted to get me back in ASAP. They were all so sweet and efficient. Thank you guys so much!!
