Excellent experience with Ascension! Really easy to book the appointment. Erik was right on time, friendly, and took very good care of us. He worked efficiently and was able to clean many windows and screens in a short amount of time. Erik did a great job cleaning the tracks so that the slider doors and screens more more easily. All of the windows now sparkle and shine, and we couldn't be happier with this company.

From the day I called to get my roof cleaned I was impressed by the girl that I talked to explaining everything that was included on the job that I need to be done and she was the reason why I picked Ascension Home Service out of the three company that I called. On the day of my scheduled appointment the roof cleaner Tony Sosa came right on time and introduced himself and tell me that he will be the one who will wash my roof and clean the gutter and cleaned after. I was so impressed the way he is doing it non stop and very detailed and the results, looks like a brand new roof. Tony did an outstanding job and even my two neighbors noticed how cleaned my roof is better than the roof that just cleaned around the neighborhoods. I am fully satisfied with the job that Tony did. We have a super challenging house on a hill with huge windows and these guys came out and did an awesome job. They made it look easy when we know very well it was a challenge. They were very careful, even wearing shoe coverings when inside. Would hire them again in a minute.

I rarely write reviews, but Ascension Home Service truly deserves recognition. After my home insurance policy was non-renewed due to a satellite image claiming my roof had mold (which seemed highly inaccurate), I found Ascension online. They offered a less abrasive cleaning method to help reinstate my policy. Initially, I was hesitant, but I was proven completely wrong.

Tony, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He patiently answered all my questions, provided before-and-after photos, and even replaced a broken pot without being asked—a small but meaningful gesture that spoke volumes about his integrity.
