Amber Hill was the one assigned to our house and I couldn’t have received a better person to work with. She was clear, honest and very informative about what the process looked like. Yesterday I had a great experience with your company. We have an enclosed space and it had a lot of mildew and mold on the wood walls. Karina came out and really worked hard to get the mold and mildew off. She did an outstanding job. She called and let me know when she was on her way and let me know when she left to let it dry and when she came back to finish. I was very pleased with her work and positive attitude. I was so happy with the finished results.

Miguel has been the project manager for my recent insurance claim and I have been very impressed with his professionalism and open communication. He always answered my calls and my questions, which is rare with many companies, in my experience. Dealing with damage to your home from a fire is a shock to say the least, but Miguel and his team made everything so much more manageable then I could have predicted or hoped. Frank and his crew (Juan, Zori, Gabi, Felipe, and Lucas) did a truly outstanding job with the pack out and pack in associated with the repairs to our water-damaged home. In addition to being prompt, courteous, and friendly, the crew packed and handled our belongings with the highest level of care. Special kudos to the driver, Debbie, who navigated a difficult driveway and crowded parking area with skill and aplomb. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had damage to our entire home from a water leak, which was devastating. Servpro of Sorrento Valley did the repairs of our home and did a wonderful job. Amber was our project manager and she was amazing. She coordinated everything to be done in a very timely fashion. She addressed all of my concerns and kept me calm through the entire process. I’m not sure how I would’ve managed without her. All of the specialties (drywall, painting, floors, plumbing, and cleaning) that she and servpro had come in to do the repairs were excellent, they did over and above. Servpro technician Gilbert Aguilar provided outstanding service. Fast, effective and precise. Matt Anderson was also great to work with to coordinate everything. They left my living room cleaner than it was before they arrived and that’s impressive considering they demolished my rain damage roof. Miguel Ortiz and Maggie did a fantastic job painting and rehanging my lights. Started early, finished early and cleaned up the area all before 2. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Servpro was amazing. I was very overwhelmed at first not really knowing what to do after my flood due to my washing machine. Amber from Servpro was amazing. She let me know exactly what was going on and stayed in contact with me almost daily. Everyone on her team were so kind and were such hard workers and always showed up exactly when they were supposed to. Sorry I don’t remember all of the workers names. It started with the movers/contents guys headed by Frank who moved my furniture into my garage and back in, they did it so quickly and even cleaned it after moving it back in my house. The guys who did the drywall were great, the ones who did my flooring were great and didn’t make a mess at all, the painter did a wonderful job with the walls and the baseboards. Amber was always stopping by and checking in. Thanks a lot for making my room look even better than it did before my flood.
