I recently had a midterm tenant stay at my property with multiple pets that I thought ruined my new couch. It was in AWFUL condition. It was in the worst condition a couch could be in and I thought I would have to replace it ($$$). Luckily, I called Disson's and Kevin immediately was able to review some pictures and give his input. He was upfront, honest and friendly. To my surprise, even though his schedule was pretty busy, he was able to come out the next day and clean the whole couch. This was not some quick easy job- he was at our cabin for many hours and I was SHOCKED to see that after he was done, the couch looks brand new again!!! I appreciate Kevin being so thorough, available and the price was great- a heck of a lot cheaper than a new couch! I will be referring Disson's to all our friends and family in Big Bear!
