Even though it was a busy time of year, they surprised us by coming out right away to inspect the problem. Ezra, one of their team members, arrived promptly to assess the situation. Since it was a tricky issue, he brought Melvin and Terrence with him soon after, and together they figured out the best solution. It turned out the leak was related to the dryer vent pipe, but they still took care to replace several damaged shingles on our roof to prevent any future leaks. Throughout the whole process, they kept us informed about every step they were taking. Their expertise, professionalism, and friendly attitude made a big difference. We were treated like family, and their excellent communication and follow-up set them apart. we are really happy with the work this roofing company did for us. they fixed a roof that wasn't done right before, and brian was easy to talk to and made sure the crew did everything well. they had to take off the whole old roof, put down new plywood, and then installed a moisture barrier on top. after that, they put on the new metal roof with bigger screws to make everything secure and weather-tight. they also fixed up the flashing around the chimney and along the edges, which makes a big difference. the team finished the job quickly and didn't leave a mess behind. now we feel confident that our roof will keep out any leaks and help prevent mold inside. plus, their work comes with a warranty, which gives us extra peace of mind.

Our roof was in really bad shape. With the full sun beating down in San Dimas, half the shingles looked just worn out and the other half looked ancient. The second roofer was just an awkward experience, and the third one acted like their roof was made of gold and that I couldn’t afford it. It didn’t feel great. Melvin explained everything clearly and didn’t suggest just covering up the old mess, but actually fixing it right. The timing was great because I was worried we’d need buckets for leaks soon, but we had a brand new roof before the week was over. There was even a little mix-up on my part, but by the end of the week, we had beautiful new gutters installed at just the right angle. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. The roof and gutters look amazing, and now I feel like I should go clean up the rest of the house to match! Total home makeover—so happy with the experience.
