We needed a full AC system replacement. After using the same AC technician for years, I first asked him for a quote. His bid was fair, but he wasn't available when I was ready to move forward. I then called Dwayne, who came by the next day and gave me a quote very similar to the first one. We agreed on everything, and he started the installation just a few days later! The job included replacing our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. We are extremely satisfied with Dwayne's professionalism, knowledge, helpful advice, and follow-up. It's such a relief to see lower utility bills now. Dwayne also handled the rebate paperwork for us, and later we got a $550 refund from the power company. I’m a leukemia patient, and this morning my furnace decided to stop working, leaving me in a chilly house. I called Alexa AC Repair & Install, and the woman who picked up was incredibly kind and understanding. She quickly arranged for a technician to come out immediately, despite the terrible road conditions. When he arrived, he was very helpful and got right to work. He fixed my furnace issue and even shared a friendly chat with me while my dad stopped by. After he left, the furnace shut off again, but he returned promptly to check what was wrong. It turned out to be snow on my roof, and he didn’t charge me for the extra visit. I found their pricing very fair and the service extremely helpful. I would definitely use this company again (though I hope I won't need to!) and highly recommend them to anyone.

The maintenance services he provided were more thorough than what I've experienced with other HVAC companies in the past. He even tested my smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and changed the thermostat batteries, along with completing the usual maintenance checklist.
