My dryer cylinder disconnected from the vent. I called numerous repair companies that “don’t do that sort of service” , the warranty company doesn’t cover this issue; or messages were not returned.
By the time A+ Appliance Repair, I was feeling very hopeless. I called last Friday late afternoon and the young man who I spoke to was not only very professional but very pleasant. He told me that he could get a technician out to my home on Monday morning. I was really blown away because this time of year, people just aren’t taking on “small” jobs. The technician arrived inside the time frame. He was also very polite and professional. He assessed the problem, told me how much and repaired the vent in under 30 min. He also tested my dryer to make sure that the vent was working properly.
Don’t stress out calling a bunch of companies, call A+ first and get your appliance repaired in a timely manner.
