Needed to a have a part installed on my Blue Star wall oven. All State Appliance Technician who installed it was very knowledgeable & VERY efficient. He accomplished what a competitor refused to do because he said it was a 2 person job & he was unfamiliar with the part that he had received for the repair.

Called them at around 12noon and Igor gave me cost and availability for 3 to 6pm window the same day. I have a commercial Queen Speed size machines and the dryer was giving me problem. Daniel the technician called me a few times to reconfirm. He was there on time around 3.15pm and was done in 10minutes. He knew what the problem was and also gave me recommendation. Dryer working and Iam pleased with his professionalism and great customer service so iam giving him 5star.. Super Pleased. Iam glad I get to use a local company which is 1mile from my place and I will definitely recommend and even use them again in a flash. The visit was 85 dollars and because it was a simple problem, that was all I paid. Thanks All States. Thanks a million Igor and Daniel 👍
