Fast and responsive service from their team. Had to come out twice for estimates as my work order changed. Ended up with some additional outlets in plaster and additional outlets in the garage. Workers were communicative and professional.

Felt I had a good understanding of the process and challenges. We talked about the trade offs, such as cutting holes in wall for specific mounting choices and exterior pipe routing. Very satisfied with the work and would certainly call them again if I needed additional electrical work done

The tecnician did an excellent job troubleshooting a non-functioning dryer. He eventually found a burnt electrical cable connection. The issue was not straightforward, and the technician invested the time to find and resolve. After fixing and invoicing for the cable issue, he quickly looked into a broken doorbell issue and fixed that as well - and this aas a vomplimentary service. I definitely recommend this company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Art and one of his electricians. The electrician who came to my home was great, very easy to work with. He came over and gave me a quote for the work then went and picked up the materials. Everything was completed in an afternoon.

He replaced several dimmer switches with precision and expertise, demonstrating not only his technical skills but also his commitment to quality. It completely transformed my home’s lighting (no more flickering lights!). They dimmers he picked out are great, especially like the middle put that put the lights at half power.

I had the chance to talk to Art who is the owner, he is a former union electrician with a degree in electrical engineering (I'm a civil engineer) from Belarus, he brought a wealth of knowledge to the job. His understanding of electrical systems was evident as he explained the intricacies of the work they were going to do.

His electrician went above and beyond to ensure everything was not only functional but also safe and up to code. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the high standard of work he delivered.

Art was able to make an emergency visit on a Friiday afternoon when our brand new stove and hood stipped working. He was on time, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He explained clearly everything he was doing, what the problem was, and then was able to fix it quickly. I called Art Electrical Services bc I was concerned about a Line Fault red warning light on my surge protector and got an appointment the next day.

1. Tech Damon arrived on time, tested the electrical outlet in my storage room where I plugged my surge protector into. He confirmed the outlet was good and that my protector was faulty due to age which he replaced with a new protector.

2. He confirmed that my room heater was connected correctly into my bedroom wall outlet and not to a surge protector.

3. Since he was already here, he installed a dimmer in my bathroom.

I needed help converting a Christmas lantern I bought from Asia from 220V to 110V to simplify my setup at home. I contacted Art Electrical Services and More, and I'm so glad I did.

Over FaceTime, he immediately checked the lantern, plug, wiring, extension cords, and converter. Within minutes, he explained that no conversion was necessary—the lantern would work safely on 110V with no fire hazard, just at about half brightness.

After testing it, he was absolutely right. He saved me time, money, and unnecessary work with his honest advice.

Art is my go-to! We’ve had him and his team out for a few repairs over the years. We had a faulty light switch and an old bathroom fan that needed to be replaced recently. Art and his team are so professional and helpful, I would highly recommend!

If you are searching for an electrician that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, neat and affordable, look no further. We had a chandelier that would not switch on or off, so we called an electrician from another company to replace our dimmer switch, who then told us we would have to break down our wall to replace a faulty wire, then hire someone to drywall and paint. We decided to call Art Electrical Services and More for a second opinion, and we are so glad we did. Art was diligent in trying to diagnose the problem and in the process discovered the issue was not a faulty wire behind our wall, but eroded wires in our chandelier. He disassembled our chandelier with care, repaired the wires, and reinstalled the chandelier and dimmer switch. Problem fixed in less than an hour. Thanks to Art’s expertise, we saved a tremendous amount in costs. He quoted us an extremely affordable price, but we were so grateful, we paid him more. We think it is also important to mention that he was punctual, answered text messages immediately, and was patient, polite and pleasant. We would highly recommend Art Electrical and More, and will not hesitate to use them for any future tasks.

Good prices and selection. They have most everything you need for plumbing and electrical. Communication sometimes is difficult depending on the sales person you get. Lost in translation! I find them to be very helpful.
