Graciela from Total Trust Cleaning came to clean our apartment before my in-laws arrived. She was kind, nice to my dog, and incredibly detail oriented. Our apartment was not even this clean when we first moved in. She took care to put everything back as she found it, going so far as to straighten the bobby pins that were on my nightstand.

All the cleaners that I have used, are exceptional. They are thorough and efficient and friendly. My work requires flexibility with scheduling my cleaning, and they are super accommodating! I can’t recommend them enough!

Called them on short notice to do a quick construction clean up after an apartment remodel. They adjusted the appointment time to coincide with my availability and did the job quickly and professionally.

I decided to get 3 bids for washing windows on my home, and Cleanerific was competitive and fair on price. The two young men who did the work were courteous and kept me fully aware of what was being cleaned. They estimated the time successfully, and they cleaned up after work completed. I will use their services again.

The team arrived late on several occasions forcing us to adjust our schedules without notice. While cleaning on more than one occasion some small things around the house were broken or damaged, and hey accidents happen, but the team never told us they would pick up the pieces and leave them without telling us. So yeah... meh.

Two people came by and got started right away. They wore shoe covers inside, as requested, and made it work when we asked them to use the rear stairs instead of the front entrance. They did exterior windows only - in the case of the glass walls on the exterior balcony, was interpreted as only the outward-facing side of the glass, which was a bit frustrating. The skylights weren't on the initial order but they were very accommodating and added them for us on-site.
They did a fine job, and where we pointed out residual sap or streaks, they re-did the entire window to ensure it was clean. They even re-did some that ended up being an issue with the window. There was one window that was difficult to reach and he tried from inside and outside the building - I appreciated the time and effort he spent on this, but would have preferred it if he'd come to us and said that it was simply too difficult to clean, instead of leaving it streaked without saying anything about it.
When he was done I noticed two windows that hadn't been cleaned at all because there were screens in the way. One of them had left without reminding us to remove the screens and they would have gone untouched if we hadn't noticed.
We received a call from their office questioning why the cleaner needed more time and why he was re-doing some windows.

Pros: Decent value, hard workers who will put in the additional time/effort if asked
Cons: Communication could be better; check the work before they leave

We've been loyal cleanerific customers for over 6 years. The cleaning crews are awesome, and the business owners are responsive. We appreciate the fact that (before pandemic) we were given the same crew week after week, and we're hopeful our regular crew will return when they feel safe--but we've had great experiences with "alternate" crews as well. We choose to use cleanerific because we wanted to work with a business that made sure their professionals have insurance and the security that comes with bonded and insured employment. Really glad this locally owned business has been able to endure for the last 4 months and we look forward to supporting them with our business in the future.

New owners have taken over Cleaneric. I have been a customer with the original owners and now with the new group. I am very impressed with the new group. They have improved the quality and professionalism of the company. They respond to requests, arrive on time, do an excellent job of cleaning. The cleaners are well trained. I recommend them for whatever cleaning needs you may have.

I had an extremely dirty, very greasy kitchen (10 yrs of heavy cooking tenant), which was thoroughly cleaned: ceiling, walls, cabinets inside & out. They also cleaned 10 yrs of dust & grime from the wood slat blinds in The kitchen, LR & Dr, and scrubbed down the bath. Two stories of windows were washed inside & out til sparking clean. Super clean!

The entire service was a pleasure from start to finish. The team was prompt, courteous & very professional. The supervisor delivered the team, carefully explained the job & stayed with them until he was comfortable that the work wold be done without him. So we’ll done!!! I will use them again & again. 🤗

Every other week, two or three energetic Cleanerific employees come to my apartment and give my home a thorough cleaning. They're consistently on time, they don't break anything, and they put everything back where it belongs. Best of all, they're in and out in an hour.

We have been using Cleanerific for regular weekly cleaning of our small business office for about a year now. They are very professional, reliable and consistent in their work. Whenever we do identify an issue or concern they are very responsive and quick to address and correct it. I would highly recommend them.

The cleaners do a great job deep cleaning. I really appreciated the help. I like that they bring their own vacuum. They were respectful of my house and made my house smell better.

The people/workers of Cleanerific did a very good job of cleaning the whole house before the new tenants moved into it. They did an especially good job of polishing/buffing the hardwood floors and now they look great. It was somewhat pricey but I would say worth it. I would recommend them to do housecleaning and commercial cleaning as well. You should give them a try. Sincerely, David M.

I started using Cleanerific for homes that I was listing for sale as a real estate agent and then started using them for our own home. They're professional, responsible, and thorough. You do have to pay for add-ons like cleaning the refrigerator or the outside landing, so it's not like having a "cleaning lady/man" who you can just ask to do some additional things ad hoc. But I understand why they have to do it, and it's great that they can provide pretty much any cleaning service you need, including carpet cleaning, window washing, etc. Overall, after over 2 years of service, we are very happy with Cleanerific.

Everything about the experience of having my windows cleaned by Cleanerific was excellent! They were on time, friendly, professional, reasonably priced, thorough and my windows (and skylights) are now sparkling clean. Money well spent and I'd highly recommend their services!
