Perfect experience from start to finish - they truly made a great first impression with me, the rest of our office staff, and our building landlord. They did not have any complicated contracts or prerequisites, my initial outreach around 10am on a Wednesday through their website was answered within 30 minutes via text and a very pleasant phone call from Sal, and a service technician was able to be sent out the same day. We were assigned Dave - even provided with his picture and bio via text to ensure that we knew who we were getting. It gave us all a laugh, but was super nice to see that a company vouches for their employees in this way. Dave arrived as scheduled before 2pm and finished the work by 4pm - he was very mindful that our office was in business and kept his work area tidy and compartmentalized - even using the side entry door to minimize running into our patients who were coming down the hallways to the exam rooms. Our landlord said Dave even kindly fixed an issue with one of the sinks in the upstairs offices that she mentioned to him. We will definitely reach out to Cabrillo again should their services be needed and we highly recommend them! We had reached out to two other companies and Cabrillo had the fastest response times as well as the most pleasant follow ups from their administration to set up the appointment. Originally, I rated this company and service person five stars but when I learned that a repair that was necessary was a $250 repair instead of a $5000 new furnace my feelings about Cabrillo tanked! They had tried one repair and told me if it didn’t work but I’d need a new furnace and it didn’t work and they were telling me it was gonna be a $5000 fix! After a very cold spell in December, I got a second opinion and it turned out. The guy fixed it in 30 minutes with a simple $250 fix!

We had a great experience with Matt and Cabrillo. Our AC went out over the weekend and they were able to send a technician first thing Monday morning. Matt was incredibly kind, identified the issue quickly and was able to fix it the same day. He even clean out out our system and replaced a wrong sized filter. A very grateful 5 stars!!
