Overly expensive for cheap duct that they can't even properly install. They came out twice to fix (using cheap duct tape; feel off as soon as dryer turned on). They dislodged the vent from under the house to the outside. There were holes in the duct.

I ended up going to Ace hardware and fixing everything myself. They won't return my calls or texts for a refund.

Your money is better spent elsewhere with a company that knows what they are doing.

I utilized this company for a chimney inspection, and I must state that they are excellent. From their professionalism to their meticulousness, everything was flawless. They performed a comprehensive inspection of every crevice of my chimney. I am exceedingly impressed by their professionalism and would recommend them without reservation!
