he came in and immediately didn’t listen to what i was complaining about for my heater, and since it works for a short time after my heater turns on, he said it worked and left after that. he spoke over me multiple times and only turned on my heater and called it a day. very unprofessional and very rude. i highly dont recommend if you want someone to treat you badly in your own home. if i could leave a 0 star review i would

I called for an installation of a new ductless AC because our upstairs gets so stuffy in the afternoons. The crew arrived right on time and worked very efficiently throughout the day. They were very careful not to make a mess while drilling the through the walls for the lines. After they finished the system check they showed me how to use the remote and maintain the filters. I am very satisfied with the service and the house is finally comfortable to live in again. Would definitely recommend these guys to my neighbors.

I only tend to write reviews when I either have a bad experience or a great one, and this is the later, I cannot recommend Ethan enough for HVAC units in condo buildings, he’s even insightful in Nest thermostats, I love working with passionate people like him. I had the great opportunity to have him come to diagnose and fix an issue on the same day and within hours, this issue had taken me over a month and two other technicians prior, I reached out to RMI seeking a second opinion. He’s extremely diligent in his work; he took the time to explain why the unit was behaving as it was, verified everything was working as it should and all the readings were as expected. I can see how this company trains people to repair a unit prior to suggesting to change the entire unit. Extremely happy with the experience they’re my no.1 option from now on.

I can't say enough good things about Bob Mason, Robert, and their work. I chose to do a multi-zone HVAC renovation to my condo. I got a handful of quotes and each company wanted to approach it differently. Mason HVAC was creative, reasonable, and very communicative as I had questions and possible concerns.

The project took a couple weeks and they were here every day. I was kind of sad when they left, but I did have 3 new mini split units and a ton more heating power, and *finally* a/c in my hot loft.
