Not very good selection and many plants that do not do well in our area. Seems as though decisions are being made from a central office outside our region

I love this Lowes. They have fruit trees and plants at great prices. Not only do they have the typical trees one would expect but I have seen them bring in exotics like sapote as well.

Summer is coming on your door step. Are you ready have flowers in light your garden。Lowe's Garden Center have it all.

DO NOT ORDER PICK-UP ONLINE!
In hopes to avoid crowds, and help with social distancing, I ordered few items online, showing available and ready for pick up. Waited for 5(?!) days for my order to be ready for pick-up.
Went to the store - in the parking area, there's a 15 min pick up spot, so I thought perfect. NOT! All spots had signage instructing you to call pick up desk and they will deliver it to your car. So I called - 10, 15 min later, no one is picking up. So much for that, I went inside. Naturally pick ups and returns are all in the same spot with a super long line - people standing like cows, not following 6 feet rule, blocking entrance with their carts, or forming a line close to the side, - I'm sure Fire Marshall would have a field day with blocked entrance like that.After additional 20+ minutes of waiting in line, I got to the pick up desk, to discover my order is somewhere else in the store and they will bring it over. Again more waiting and waiting, and waiting and waiting; now a well over an hour I am wondering if they are chopping the wood and milling the planks themselves or is this ever gonna be ready?! Asked the CS peeps again what's the status - they are working on it. After some more prying, I found out now there are items missing, and no one knows where the cart with my loaded items went, so they are picking items again. Talk about waste of resources, time and money! At this point I need to return my rental pick-up, and of course I can't extend it because someone already booked the came vehicle right after me.
So I ended up cancelling the entire order and had to rush back to drop of the car in time. Now $50 lighter and with absolutely no materials to complete my "weekend" project.
All in all, that SUCKED big time, store was completely disorganized and all over the place - not sure what strategy store manager is doing, but damn that was bad!
Long story short - save your self aggravation and time - just go in, wear a mask and get things yourself. You'll be in and out of there way faster ...

I like Lowe's. They're in great location that's easy to get to with parking on site. If you don't have a car or whatever you purchased won't find In your car you can rent the Lowe's pickup truck by the hour at a reasonable rate if it's available. They also provide delivery options for various jobs. They've always had everything I need at a decent price. Be sure to check out the clearance sections where they have amazing discounts on random items. The employees have always been easy to access for questions, opinions, and assistance.

Great place to shop for home and work items. Decent selection of items. Parking on the ground floor can be tough. When you first enter the garage, make a left down immediately for parking in the first row. Most people miss this area and head to the second row and on. There is also parking upstairs.

Complements to Garden staff Mr. Horiyuki whom helped me find items. Super friendly. Staff in this Lowe's location are always professional and approachable. 😁👍🏻

It maybe a home variety store, but the employees there are in another place, far and away. Hard to find assistance when you have questions about a product. They've lost that helpful feeling.

Bad experience.
We arrived and nobody offered us help or recommendations for the plants, we looked for our plants and it was time for the stores to close, a man in his 60s or 70s I think he’s the manager, he takes our payment but since it was time to close he says goodbye very quickly so we should leave the store.
I asked him to wrap the plants in paper to transport them and he only gave me a paper bag for a tall plant and without letting me speak he says goodbye again, he was kicking me out of there, I left the store there were still customers and the employees were helping them, the only person who deigned to help us was closing the gate, he offered us a plastic sheet to prevent the potting soil fall and he told us that the plants needed paper so that they would not be ruined and that the people in the store had to put the paper.

Definitely bad service, in the end my plant for which I paid more than $40 broke.
I will not return to a place from which practically I am being kicked out.

A little respect and kindness, even if it is time to close, would work for you a lot, clients come to buy and pay you are not giving anything for free.

I loved Flowercraft. They have both indoors and outdoors plants, as well as gardening supplies. Pots were reasonably priced compared to some other shops in the city. I liked that I was left alone to explore the place but the staff was helpful and friendly when I had questions.

We were disappointed not finding any planter boxes. Not their fault, too many issues with supply and crazy lumber prices. Otherwise a great local nursery. We've been patrons for decades. Friendly helpful staff and salespeople.

We love Floorcraft nursery...especially once one is parked. The plants are organized well, marked well, and it is fun to simply go and admire all the herbs and vegetables as well as flowering shrubs and extensive options. Staff is super helpful as well.

nice store and selection of plants, but super overpriced for soil and amendments. $23 per cu ft for peat is WILD. Lowes sells 3 cu ft for the same price, OSH has it even lower...

I recently got into propagating my indoor plants and needed supplies and this has been my go to garden supply store since then. The service is great, they are always helpful and the store dog is the most cutest.

I feel fortunate to reside in close proximity to this charming plant nursery! They boast a diverse selection of flora, accompanied by well-informed and amicable personnel. I make it a point to visit every couple of weeks to explore their fresh inventory. On one occasion, I purchased their last African Mask Alocasia, which unfortunately withered after a few days; however, they promptly issued a refund without any complications. I wholeheartedly endorse this nursery for all plant enthusiasts out there!

Super super wonderful local source for plants and knowledge, both! Enjoy wandering around looking at the beautiful choices and getting lots of great advice from the staff. Wonderful selection of plants including indoor and outdoor plants California native seeds, succulents, and gardening supplies. Highly recommend!

We like to shop here very often. Everyone in Flowercraft San Francisco are friendly and very knowledgeable. Especially Noel, he greets us the minute we walk in to the garden. They have so many varieties, we live not too far from there, sometimes we take our walk to there just to check out what are the new arrivals for the day. 90% plus time we end up with something to take home. Sometimes I call in for special plants/herbs, staff take the phone call and physically go check it out and put them aside for us to pick up. This is one of the best business I love to do business with in the city.
