Garry was awesome! My radiant floor heart wasn't working and I'd had others look at it and it was taking forever for the other folks to test different components and try to ID what was wrong. Garry came out and figured out what was wrong in less than an hour. He replaced some wires in my tankless water heater that were in bad shape and that did the job! He also helped me get my nest thermostat reset which was a more involved process than I ever expected it to be. The service was better than I had hoped for. If I ever have a problem with my heat or water heater again, Garry will be the first person I call.

We've been in this house for 2 years and my hydronic system needed an inspection so I called HydroFlow. Gary and his team were prompt, professional, fast and very helpful. Sure enough, one of the expansion tanks needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the main's pressure was far too high (90psi) so we decided to add a regulator on the indeed. At the same time Gary and his team added a whole-house Moen leak detector. The price was fair and Gary, Angel and the rest of the team did a beautiful job on the installation.

The Hydroflow company was very responsive and sent knowledgeable and professional technicians to fix the problem with my hot water heater in a timely and efficient manner!

I Would definitely recommend them and would gladly use them again for any plumbing needs!

I had an issue with my Navien tankless water heater that another plumber failed to fix. Navien recommended Hydroflow, and Garry immediately identified the problem. He was prompt, professional, and thorough in testing that his fix corrected the issue. Garry was even patient in dealing with my home warranty provider despite the added hassle.

Now we all no there's nothing worse than having your hot water break, right?
Gary was wonderful, he stayed in touch with me throughout the process, he dispatched Angel to my home to fix the hot water heater. Angel even tighten my kitchen sink faucet for me which was a tremendous help.
I can't say enough good stuff about Gary and Angel, they both were very polite, showed great expertise and professionalism.
Meanwhile I will keep Gary's number forever because we all know something will happen in the future where I need a plumber....

I called Hydroflow on a Saturday after my heat conked out on Friday at 5pm. Garry was awesome! He came over the same day and figured out what was going on with my boiler. He contacted the manufacturer and ordered a new part right away. Once the part arrived, he installed and continued to trouble shoot because the broken part was only one of two issues (he had warned me of this possibility). He methodically worked through my radiant heat system until he figured out the remaining issue and fixed it. My experience with Hydro Flow was fantastic... their expertise, communication, invoicing and customer service were all excellent. I highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our tankless hot water heater, and I was advised to call Hydroflow with a high recommendation. It was the best call I could have made. Hydro flow and team saves the day. Our water heater was old but not knowing much happily ignored it for nearly 5 years. Finding pools of water on the boiler room is terrifying! With a referral, I trustingly called hydro flow. They were able to squeeze me in, while many other calls resulted in a week or more of a wait, or exorbitant “emergency” fees. Hydroflow was able to respond same day, source parts and replace it next day. I have never enjoyed a shower more than after this fiasco. Thank you hydroflow, never using or referring another plumber ever.

Five stars based on communication, service, and fair price. After 18 years, our old hot-water tank finally failed so needed replacing, like now. Following a few calls we chose Hydroflow for the work. Garry was very responsive, talked us through the different options including a heat-pump tank (it turned out we didn’t have the required electrical infrastructure) and was there first thing the following morning to switch out the tanks. Recommend.

Long story short, I had a problem that another water heater company wasn't able to help me with. I was eventually connected with Gary and Angel from Hydroflow and they were total pros, very knowledgeable. Gary was able to quickly identify the specific problem on my water heater and Angel applied the repair quickly as soon as the replacement part arrived.

I can't believe our new water heater showed an error code on the first day. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty. The manufacturer customer service gave me several referrals for plumbing companies and Hydroflow has the best ratings and reviews. I am so glad we went with them. Gary was very responsive and very easy to work with. His technician is prompt and professional, and fixed the problems efficiently. I'm very happy with their service that I already told some friends about them.

After finding a pool of water on my garage floor, I went through a very frustrating experience with vendors via my home warranty who finally landed on “I need a new boiler”. Out of impatience and skepticism, I found Gary on Google and he was at my house within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable, articulate and very detailed in his diagnosis and explanation that I actually needed a new water heater - I knew it was close to end of life but was not prepared for it to start leaking. I decided pretty much on the spot to go with him rather than waiting some more for my home warranty’s designated plumber. Luckily he had availability the next day and by mid afternoon my old water heater is hauled away and I have a brand new water heater installed. His team led by Francisco (sp?) was super punctual, courteous and methodical. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

We have a 10 year old water heater that needed a faulty part replaced. I was referred to Hydroflow by the manufacturer.

My phone call was taken right away, we had a great talk where I was given a realistic timeline and followed up by a text confirmation.

The day of the part replacement, scheduling was quick and easy and the work was done perfectly. The technician, Angel, was professional and friendly. He worked quickly and left the area better than he found it.

I will for sure contact Hydroflow if needed for any future work.
