We had a leak in our tankless heater. Ogrady came to check it out. They diagnosed the issue but turned off the radiant heat and then did not come fix or take responsibility for the issue they caused. We called our regular plumber who was able to service and maintain the unit. dissatisfied with ogrady - not only did they not fix the problem, they created a new problem and did not take any responsibility for it.

Edy did a great job. He added a service (snaking our french drain) he wasn't expecting and went out to get the correct parts for the toilet -we had ordered the wrong parts.
