Missed/forgot appointment time;
Charged 2 hours labor for 1 hour labor;
Charged 60.00 for 2 shutoff valves;
Valves were in wrong color;
Reassembled plumbing incorrectly after dismantling to fix leak (requiring another plumber at additional cost to fix this);
Took no responsibility for problems. -

I had a problem with my bathtub faucet. Renstrom sent John out to check on the situation he know exactly what the problem was . John fixed the faucet in a timely matter with no sign of anyone was even hear.
