I couldn't be prouder to write this review for my son Patrick, who recently tackled a plumbing challenge with impressive skill and creativity. Patrick has always been dedicated to finding efficient, cost-effective solutions for his clients, but this time he truly outdid himself.
We've had an ongoing issue with delayed hot water at all the fixtures in the house we moved into in 2006. Over the years, other plumbing contractors had no reasonable solutions to resolve the issue except for suggesting to add a traditional return line, which wasn't an option due to the complexity and expense of that type of renovation.
I recently asked Patrick if he had any suggestions to resolve the issue with the delay in hot water to the fixtures. Patrick promptly researched and assessed the situation. Patrick recommended an innovative solution using a "Grundfos Hot Water Recirculation without a Return Line System" designed specifically for homes without a return line.
The results? Instant hot water at every tap, improved energy efficiency, and zero wasted water running down the drain while waiting for it to heat up. The installation was seamless; his work was meticulous, he left everything spotless when he was done, and best of all, the cost of the job was more than fair.
Not only did Patrick solve the problem, but he also saved us from a costly remodel. Patrick's professionalism, expertise, and genuine passion for his craft are unmatched.
