Peter responded to my inquiry very quickly and was very communicative. He come by three times and made sure everything was clean. He even offered to come by again to ensure everything was clean. He was on time even early and was flexible and worked around my work hours. Thanks for such a great job!

Peter and his company were really fantastic. We hired him to do a large job, including cleaning our gutters, treating the sides and roof of our house, and cleaning the walkways and a retainer wall. It was an especially challenging job as we live a few blocks from the ocean and get a lot of damage from that. As noted in other comments he was extremely professional, and a great communicator. The two things I found most impressive were that he was came to our house probably six times and was committed to making sure we were happy no matter what, and that when the job turned out to require more treatments than expected he refused additional money for it. I highly recommend them.

Peter from Maxx ECO Wash did a great job at my house. He arrived to appointment on time (actually early!) with good communication and was friendly. He spent a few hours doing a throughout gutter cleaning and then a soft wash. Good attention to detail!

Maxx ECO Wash took great care of my Hardie cement fiber siding with their soft wash process. The crew did an excellent job cleaning all the algae and dirt and mold from the exterior siding. They were extremely professional and respectful and a pleasure to work with. They were communicative, responding through email for the quote and texting when they were on their way. Everything was clean and orderly when they finished the job and there were no snags. They had all the right equipment for the job. Highly recommend.

I needed to have the shingle roof of my family home cleaned due to moss and tree debris, but typical power washing was not appropriate because it's too harsh and could damage the shingles. So, I was so happy when I discovered Maxx ECO wash/soft wash, which is a much safer and efficient way to clean shingle roofs. When I called Peter to find out more about the process, he was so helpful and explained everything to me and then sent me an estimate, which was very competitive. From there, we scheduled the work and I also had the entire house soft powered washed as well as the windows washed. Peter did an amazing job and sent me before and after photos. This house is an older home and is very special to me, so I'm very particular about the work that's done on it. I've had to move several miles away, but I've kept the house and rented it out, so I was grateful that I could trust Peter and his crew to show up and do such professional work. The soft bio wash also ensures that moss won't grow back for years, which is really important for maintaining my roof, so I was very happy with the results! Peter also texted me with updates on his arrival and work progress and was a pleasure to work with. I highly, highly recommend Maxx ECO Wash!

Peter did an amazing job cleaning my very dirty tile roof and balcony. It now looks and feels so much better! He not only did a spectacular job, he was very pleasant to work with. Peter Olski and his crew did excellent work today. They are very professional as well as personable. With much of the work on ladders and with spraying water and detergents, they worked with great safety, attention to detail, and care to protect the landscaping around the house. As well, the job was completed in a timely manner. My roof looks fabulous!

From start to finish Maxx Eco was professional, prompt and very efficient. Peter Olski; was excellent providing the price estimate to clean my tile roof and gutters within a brief period of time. He was very honest from day one; he provided me with the available date and time that he had to do the job. On the date of the job, his crew was on time and worked diligently to get the work done, Peter came in person to see the site and I met him personally. All of them were very courteous. When they finished the job, the place was clean and there was no mess. The photos and report that Maxx Eco provided for home insurance were great.

Our trash cans were so dirty I couldn’t stand it and I don’t have time or strength to clean them myself and now they’re so clean! I decided to subscribe to their quarterly cleaning so I don’t even have to worry about it now. Really great service

I was tired of hosing out garbage bins and a friend told me about this service. They sanitize my bins in an eco-friendly way and at an affordable price. Reliable and conscientious. So much better than do-it-yourself!

What a great find!
Our trash bins were disgusting. Things were growing on top of things that were also growing in there. I dreaded opening the bins. We keep the in the garage, so they stunk up the garage and I had to continuously set up fruit fly traps.

We don't have a hose in the front, and I also didn't want to waste fresh water. I figured there must be a service out there that cleans bins. After I did some Googling on yelp, I found Bin Cleaners. They only had a single review, so I was skeptical, but I had decided to try it anyway. Boy am I glad I did! The bins are spotless. They did such an amazing job, I've signed up for their monthly service.

They used to come the day your trash was picked up but they changed it to the following day so you either have to leave your trash cans out all day/night or bring them in and out again the next day.
Also there are other bin cleaners that charge less for additional bins over three bins, bin cleaners/canology charges quite a bit more.

I’ve been using Bin Cleaners on a monthly basis for 2years now. I have all 3 bins cleaned. It’s been a great service and they do an amazing job. We have several dogs and the cans gets smelly. My bins are so clean and fresh. I look forward to the service each month; fun to see the process.

We saw their truck and decided to give it a try by cleaning our green bin.

We like that they are eco-friendly and found them to be customer-friendly as well. Signing up for services online was a little confusing, but it worked. I was easily able to speak with someone on the phone and now they send text messages, which I find convenient.

I signed up for quarterly cleaning of just the green bin. They thought there was a truck in the area and they could do so that day (as long as the bin was still empty). After I signed up, I was informed that the truck was just leaving the area and could they do it the next morning. Fine with me - no need to waste time and fuel.

At 7am the next morning, the truck appeared in front of our home and the guy cleaned all three of our bins! I went out to ask him and he said, no worries, he'll just clean the one next time. No additional charge.

Very nice people. Nice service (who needs a stinky, dirty green bin attracting critters and flies?).
