We have used this company before to purchase new carpet and they were great then. I now called for info about a repair and the lady I talked to was very rude. Wouldn't let me speak and when I actually did get a few words out, she just interrupted me.

Completely happy with the results of the repairs. Had a water leak. Was very skeptical about how it can be put back - being a pretty old and not the best quality of carpet. Tim did his magic - no sign of any damage, tear, cut, unevenness or bubbles. I really respect such craftsmanship. I really don't think there's anything he can't do that involves carpet! Will use you again, Tim.

We called and spoke with Tim yesterday, and he worked a quote up over the phone to repair and clean carpets the following day. Our appointment was scheduled in between 3 and 4 P.M. the next day, and the technician arrived on time, and did an excellent job!

Prompt, very thorough, very professional. James is friendly, well organized and uses an array of new equipment. He spot-treated and cleaned carpets in 4 rooms and a flight of stairs in just over three hours. 30 year-old carpets look good again, and newer carpets look great! I'm pleased.
