Erik performed maintenance on my furnace and swapped out my allergy filter. His professionalism was evident and his work was exceptional. My furnace is now running smoothly and my energy bill has significantly decreased. Recently, he also installed a new thermostat for me. I specifically requested Erik for the task and, yet again, he did an outstanding job. Jamie helped me find the perfect thermostat, exactly what I was looking for. She was incredibly understanding and attentive to my needs and preferences. She was always prompt in returning my calls. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service.

I can’t say enough good things about the heater repair service we received. We called several local companies in San Jacinto to take a look at our old heating unit, which was leaking water and clearly at the end of its life. One company wanted us to pay upfront before starting any work, so we didn’t go with them. Another company took weeks just to send us an estimate and was too busy to help soon. When we called, Erik and the team really helped us out and were friendly from the start. We picked out our new unit on a Friday, and by Tuesday, it was installed. The installers were professional and polite. Removing our old heater was tough and caused a little unavoidable damage to the closet frame, but they fixed it quickly and worked around our schedule. We’re really happy with our new heater and would definitely recommend their heater repair and installation services.

Exceptional Service Worth Recognizing! We want to highlight the outstanding service we received from Ethan Brothers HVAC. When our air conditioning system stopped working, we reached out to them on a Friday evening, unsure if we would get a response at that hour. To our surprise, we connected right away with a friendly representative who assured us that help was on the way. The technician arrived quickly, was incredibly courteous, and worked hard into the evening to fix our AC. We were truly impressed by such prompt service on short notice. We are very grateful for the excellent assistance and will definitely recommend this company to everyone!
